The property borders Gorges State Park – hike to a beautiful creek from the property!

The Queen master bedroom is on the entry level and has a private bathroom with a tub and walk in shower. There is a TV in the master bedroom

The Queen guest bedroom on the entry level has a walk in shower and steam room. There is a TV in this bedroom.

The bunk bedroom is located on the upper level. There is an attached bathroom with a walk in shower.

Located off the living room is an open deck with deck chairs – off the open deck is a screened in porch with a gas fireplace and a large TV.

Lakeside Paradise

Welcome to our stunning lakefront home located in Western North Carolina and on beautiful Lake Toxaway. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, nestled along the serene shores of this private lake, offers the perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. The house sits on level land, perfect for family fun and has breathtaking views of the water. There is a private dock where you can sunbathe , swim and dock your rented boat (unfortunately Lake Toxaway will not allow the use of private boats).

The spacious light and bright interior features modern amenities and cozy furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay for you and your loved ones. The King master with it’s en suite bathroom (twin sink vanity and large walk in shower) has large windows with views of the lake. The guest Queen and twin bedrooms are also off the main level and share a bathroom between them. The Twin over Full bedrooms are located off the kitchen in what was once the garage. This bedroom has a bathroom which is also used as the powder room.

Located off the living room and also accessible from the porch is a large screened in porch with a gas grill and an outside table for outside meals. The large porch has rockers to laze away those warm summer afternoons – enjoy a book, a glass of wine or simply sit back, relax and enjoy your beautiful view of Lake Toxaway.

Mountain Memories

Located just 2 miles from the Sapphire Valley Community Center, Hilltop Heaven is well-placed for your busy vacation agenda! The towns of Cashiers and Highlands are a mere 4.8 miles and 15 miles away.

This warm and inviting townhouse has two King bedrooms (master bedroom and guest) as well as a Queen bedroom. The entire townhouse has been completely refreshed with a coat of paint, new furniture, an upgraded kitchen and new bed linens.

Both living rooms have new 75″ TV’s – stream your favorite Apps – the lower level living room is set up with 2 gaming chairs – you or your children can bring their favorite games.

The King master and the Queen first guest bedrooms are on the upper level and share a bathroom with a walk in shower and a double sink vanity.

The King guest bedroom is located on the lower level and has a bathroom with a shower/tub which also serves s a powder room.

The main living area comprises of the kitchen, dining area as well as the living room. There is a lovely sunny deck off the living room with a grill for those sunny summer BBQ’s!

Sapphire Amenities are available at $3/day with a 3 day minimum. West Mountain Lodge

This luxury 5 bedroom 3 bathroom cabin nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains boasts of relaxation. Cabin offers tons of room for family gatherings or just a romantic getaway for two. Wood burning stove, hot tub and breathtaking views! If privacy is what you are seeking look no further. This cabin has all the amenities you could ask for. Mountain Cottage

This newly remodeled 1 bedroom Park Model is as cute as a button. Featuring a king bedroom with full bathroom. The kitchen is large and the living area is comfy, light and bright! There are 2 TV’s with Cable and there is a screened in porch that runs along the side of the home. We now have a new washer / dryer.
