Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this charming home boasts three spacious bedrooms—two with king beds and one with a queen — making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Here, you’ll find not only the comforts of home, but the luxury of time to unwind. With the added benefit of fiber optic WiFi staying connected is easy, but we encourage you to take a break from the digital world and fully embrace the peace that surrounds you.

For those who need a little extra space, a detached apartment awaits, complete with a queen bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom. Should you require additional sleeping arrangements, please reach out to the host as there is an additional fee for this space – please contact before booking.

Step inside the  main house, where the open-plan living area flows effortlessly into the dining space, perfect for gathering with loved ones. The large flat-screen TV offers streaming options for your entertainment (just bring your own account details), while the dining table with a view of the lake comfortably seats eight, making it an ideal spot for shared meals and conversations. On this level, you’ll also find two beautifully appointed bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed—each with its own attached full bathroom for added privacy.

The spacious kitchen is a true heart of the home, with generous countertop space and a convenient breakfast bar, perfect for casual bites or morning coffee. Speaking of coffee, the dual drip/Keurig coffee maker is ready to brew your favorite morning blend.

Step out onto the expansive deck, where breathtaking views of the lake await you. With a gas grill, outdoor seating, and a hammock, it’s the ideal place to relax with a book, share a meal, or simply watch the sunset paint the sky in stunning colors.

Just a short walk (about 90 seconds) from the deck, the natural spring-fed lake at the top of the mountain invites you to explore its tranquil waters. Whether you choose to kayak, paddle, or simply sit by the water’s edge, the natural beauty will surely inspire a sense of peace. In the evening, gather around the large wood-burning fire pit and let the crackling flames set the stage for unforgettable moments under the stars. Upon returning to the house, there is an outside shower located at the door from the deck to the mudroom.

The upper level is home to a private king bedroom, with an additional half-bathroom (toilet and sink) for convenience. This spacious floor also features a play area where kids can enjoy themselves, and there are two portable cots available for infants as well as a sleeper sofa

Los Pinos is located just 4.2 miles from Rosman and within easy reach of Brevard, Lake Toxaway, Cashiers, and Asheville, giving you the best of both seclusion and accessibility. 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms sleeps 10

This 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom home located conveniently close to Cashiers and Highlands boasts stunning views of Lake Glenville as well as the surrounding Mountains. There are 3 levels to this fabulous house – the upper level comprises of two Queen bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms as well as a sitting area between the two.

The main floor hosts a large kitchen with a huge island including two ovens and an icemaker – there is a fireplace and sitting area immediately off the kitchen with a breakfast table, together with a small bar. Also off the kitchen is a large round glass topped dining table as well as the majestic great room which has lake views, another wood burning fireplace and a smart TV with satellite reception. Down the hall off the great room is a small study and desk with laser printer/copier should you need to take care of any office matters. The Internet modem is located within this room, as well as a landline with free domestic calling. Further on down the hallway is the King master bedroom along with an en-suite bathroom and large walk in closet. The main floor also is the home of the large laundry with washer and dryer and a lot of counter space. There is a powder room and an additional full bathroom on this level.

The lower level hosts 2 bedrooms, one with twins and one with full beds, that share a bathroom between them. There is also a second living room/theatre with a 75″ TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, and surround sound. Off the living room is a game room with table tennis, foosball, darts, and a card table. You’ll also find a Sauna and a wet bar on the lower level together with a closet full of games for those rainy days.

The community has tennis courts for your enjoyment as well as community dock. Racquets are provided. Access to the dock is a concrete road, steep at times however not all that long – please check out the video included in the pictures. There are 4 kayaks available for your use – a liability waiver will be required to be signed.

The decks are large with a gas firepit, grill, hammock, swing, and of course, plenty of seating including tables for outdoor eating and two gas heaters.

Although there is a double garage, this is not for guest use, but has a backup refrigerator for these cold beers!

Please take note – as with most houses in the Cashiers / Lake Glenville area, Internet is available however not as reliable nor as fast as in the city. “We have what we have”… the infrastructure for 20Mbps and more is simply not available, but we subscribe to the fastest available service.
