Born and raised in Rosman, JoEllen is thoroughly familiar and well connected within Western North Carolina. JoEllen has owned her own daycare business, has managed a jewelry store, has worked in the healthcare arena as well as for real estate “big names” of Fisher Realty, Landmark Realty, Keller Williams, Remax and is now is a partner in Mountain Time Vacation Rentals and Sales, LLC a real estate company that focuses on vacation rentals and sales in the Lake Toxaway, Sapphire and Brevard markets.

Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Gareth immigrated to the USA in 2000 and immediately settled in Brevard. Having been self employed his entire life, Gareth secured his first job ever as a production manager of a custom cabinet fabricating company, threw his hat into welding and finally began real estate in 2006 where he met JoEllen at Keller Williams. JoEllen and Gareth started their own real estate company in 2006 however quickly recognized the “writing on the wall” in 2007 and shut down the company and began working in the vacation rental business together through 2017. In 2018 Gareth and JoEllen began selling real estate once again and in 2020 formed Mountain Time Vacation Rentals and Sales, LLC.
